I’M SO GRATEFUL FOR 2018: A year ago I was in emergency room (the night before Thanksgiving Day) from a painful miscarriage. I was sad for long time. I shut a lot of people out. The hubby, friends and family helped me get through that spiritually.
Anyways. They found something in my MRI and suggested I’d go to the doctor. Fast forward after 3 months of tests and scans, I found out that I had a grapefruit sized noncancerous tumor inside of me and needed surgery. That made me even sadder.
I lost my inspiration to sing or write.
Now. After the surgery, I feel great. I can breathe better too. I’m in perfect health and I’ve recorded a whole project. I’m excited about it. I’m anticipating working hard in 2019 in music and entertainment. New music. New brand. New opportunities.
I’m not giving into lies the enemy told. I’m blessed beyond all measure! And with God in me, I can do all things. All of my doubts and fears were pulled out with that tumor.
This is the first pic of me picking up my guitar after the surgery. And I’m extremely grateful… For my health, my people, my blessings and my lessons.
THIS IS NOT FOR VALIDITY OR SUPERFICIAL PURPOSES. IT’S TO TELL MY STORY AND TO INSPIRE OTHERS IN THEIR TRIALS. SO CHILL.
